Our return policy is designed to provide you with flexibility and options. If you find that your item is not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.

Please keep in mind that returns are not free of charge. We highly recommend using a tracked service for your return shipment to ensure proper recording and insurance by the courier. If a tracked service is not utilized and your return is lost in transit, we cannot take responsibility for it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of wear. It should also be free from makeup, fragrance, and stains. Please make sure that the "do not remove" tag is still intact, as removing it will make the item ineligible for return.

For a return to be accepted, all items must be unworn, with tags and the cable tie still securely attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

If you need to return a faulty item, please notify us via email before sending it back. This allows us to address the issue and work towards a resolution together.
